That year, Salesforce Genie (now Data 360) was the highlight of the conference, one of the most significant product launches in Salesforce history. Genie Magic Falls brought the product's promise to life physically, anchored by an F1 activation that put the power of real-time data on full display. Partnered with an internal creative team, leading from concept to execution with the customer experience always at the center.
Beyond the launch, we designed the product lodges as dedicated spaces for customers to go learn, connect, and explore the latest product features.
